Thanks to Ashley our 10 year old daughter Savannah has made excellent progress over the past 6 months and has gained so much confidence playing the piano as well as sight reading. Ashley has broadened her appreciation of music by introducing her to a wide range of composers and musical genres. She thoroughly enjoys and looks forward to her lessons and is very inspired by the fun and variety of his teaching. As parents it is a joy to see her self motivated and enthusiastic about her daily practise. She is always in search of a new piano piece to learn with Ashley’s guidance. This is the most committed we have seen her since she started playing 3 years ago.

Ashley is so great, I haven’t played piano in years and stopped when I was about 15. I’m 24 now and have learnt so much more than I did when I was younger and so quickly too. He has such a relaxed approach and tailors his lesson to the style that suits you best and for your specific goals. I’d HIGHY recommend for anyone looking to start playing piano whether you are a beginner or an intermediate. You’ll fall in love with piano!

Ashley is my two children’s piano teacher for almost a year. Thanks to his positive and encouraging teaching style, the lessons are always enjoyable. I find Ashley’s lessons to be really fun and informative. He lets you learn the instrument at your own pace and models the lessons around your interests, 10\10 would recommend!

Ashley has been really flexible when teaching my teenage son - has used songs my son knows and likes and has concentrated on using chords. Has managed to keep my son engaged which is no small feat!

As much as Sidh loves music, he is not very receptive to coaching from others. However, Ashley has been an exception to this rule. Ashley truly understands Sidh's psychology, pitches the right level of challenge, encourages him to play to his strengths and somehow strikes the right chord with him. I've really enjoyed learning to play the piano with Ashley as my teacher. He has helped me improve my playing tremendously and is good at teaching at different paces, depending on the difficulty of the piece. He is a really great, engaging teacher who has allowed me to steadily develop my playing skills, with me learning something new every lesson.
